Our Program
At A Child's Garden School, we ensure that children receive personalized attention and ample opportunities for both independent and group play by placing them in small classes with an excellent teacher-child ratio. Our campus, situated within the beautiful Church of Our Saviour, boasts three play yards that offer diverse spaces tailored to children's needs, including areas for running, climbing, sand and water play, as well as opportunities to master wheel toys.
Inside the school, our daily routine includes engaging group activities, music sessions, captivating stories, and snack times. Each classroom also provides open-ended rotating stations of manipulatives, pretend play, creative art, texture exploration, puzzles, and language experiences, aiming to stimulate children's imagination and learning. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to nurture each child's unique learning style and support their developmental process.
We offer age-appropriate curriculum that is meticulously planned to help children grasp fundamental concepts and prepare them for the next educational milestone: Kindergarten. Additionally, we hold child-oriented chapel services on a weekly basis, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth among the children.
The school is open to children between the ages of 2 to 5 years (pre-K). The school welcomes children without regard to race, religion, national origin or ethnicity.
Our programs are offered in the following options:
2 Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
3 Days: Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
5 Days: Everyday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Surround Care is also offered in the following options:
Morning Care: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Afternoon Care: Monday to Friday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
